Fujimi Corporation’s integrated systems capture data from the manufacturing floor. The data then flow through all subsequent processes—from Quality Control to order fulfillment. The IS/T team is capable of supporting bar coding technologies, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tagging, Statistical Process Control / Process Control (SPC/PCS) datasets, and a variety of Business-to-Business (B2B) processes such as electronic Certificates of Analysis.

The Maintenance team’s Preventative Maintenance program reduces equipment downtime, increases production throughput, and stretches the mean time between failures.
