FPW
Fujimi Precision Wheel
A uniquely designed diamond wheel developed especially for infeed
grinding the backside of silicon materials. FPW wheels give the
efficient grinding action, high accuracy, are self-dressing, and
yield minimal surface damages. The consistent composition of the
abrasive
segments provides uniform stock removal all through the life of
the wheel. Available in three grades for rough, semi-finished and
final grinding.
SURFIN PADS
For Superior Control
The extensive research, development, and production-level testing
that characterize Fujimi abrasives and polishes also apply to
Fujimi pads. Fujimi Surfin pads are designed to work hand-in-hand
with Fujimi polishes at the same high level of quality. Fujimi
offers both napped and
substrate-type pads that offer long life, stability and superior
flatness control. There is a Fujimi
