Fujimi Corporation was named a recipient of Intel Corporation’s prestigious 2003 Supplier Continuous Quality Improvement (SCQI) award, Intel’s highest honor for its suppliers, for outstanding commitment to quality and performance by suppliers that provide products and services deemed essential to Intel’s success. The company was given the award for its efforts in supplying Intel with CMP slurries. Fujimi Corporation and 15 additional SCQI award winners will be honored at a celebration in Burlingame, Calif., on March 23.

Corporation today announced that 29 companies will receive Intel's Preferred
Quality Supplier (PQS) for outstanding commitment to quality and performance
excellence. These suppliers provided products and services deemed essential to
Intel's business success in 2002. These companies exceeded high expectations
and tough performance goals to distinguish themselves from the thousands of
suppliers that worked with Intel last year.

quality, availability, technology and responsiveness goals. Suppliers must also
manage and deliver on a challenging improvement plan and a quality systems
assessment.

advertisement in the U.S., European and Asian editions of The Wall Street
Journal.

Fujimi America Inc. Announces Merger

It is our pleasure to announce that as of July 1, 2003, Fujimi
America Inc. and Fujimi Corporation will merge. The continuing company will be
Fujimi America with a name change to Fujimi Corporation.
Combining our production and sales forces will result in not
just greater convenience for our customers and suppliers but greater efficiency
in our operations for the benefit of all.
The merger will result in a new organization with key personnel
moving from the Illinois office to Tualatin, Oregon. Even though the
Headquarters in Elmhurst, IL will be closed, a regional sales office will
remain in the Chicago area.
There will be no change in the Regional Sales Managers who will
continue to work with our valued customers from their current locations.
